It contains no artificial ingredients, requires no medical prescription, and has no known contraindications with coffee. It is composed entirely of attention to the breath and voluntary silence.

Active ingredient Meditation. Each unit contains: ten minutes of presence, one breath at a time, zero distractions (or almost).

Indications

Stress. Indicated in moments when the mind accelerates and the body follows. Several studies associate regular practice with a reduction in cortisol levels and an improvement in emotional regulation.

Insomnia. Indicated when in the evening the body stops but the mind keeps going. Studies show improvements in sleep quality with consistent practice, even brief.

Anxiety. Indicated in situations of pressure where body and mind activate together. Meditation is associated with a reduction in physiological activation and a greater ability to observe one’s inner states without being overwhelmed by them.

Composition
100% attention to the breath. No active substances. No stimulants. No screens.

Form
Personal pause to be taken in silence.

Dosage
One meditatina per day, preferably at the same time. It may be taken in the morning before starting, at midday to reset, or in the evening to stop ruminating. If necessary, repeat.

Method of administration
Sit with your back straight.
Close your eyes, directing your gaze upward.
Breathe while keeping your attention on the air coming in and going out.
Each time the mind begins to wander (it always does, even after a few seconds), bring your attention back to the breath.

Warnings
At first, it is normal to get distracted. Distraction is not a mistake: it is part of the process. What matters is noticing it and returning.
Meditatina does not replace a therapeutic path. In the presence of serious disorders, consulting a professional is recommended.
Effectiveness increases with consistency.

Onset of action
The mental pause is beneficial from the very first time, but the most significant effects are noticed after a few weeks of consistent practice. Feelings of calm, self-control, and inner peace will become a normal condition, no longer tied to the pause of that particular day.

Side effects
The most common side effects include: possible slowing of thoughts, reduction of mental tension, greater presence in the moment.

Contraindications
None known.

Interactions
Compatible with study, work, waiting, travel, end of day, restless nights.

Overdose
Tendency to remain in silence longer than expected.

Dependence
Possible desire to repeat the experience.

Storage
Keep within reach, preferably away from notifications and screens. No refrigeration required. Can be practised anywhere: in your room, on a train, in a locked bathroom during a difficult day.

Meditatina – A mental pause in pocket format.
